Born in November 2022, SPMF is a non-profit organization based in the beautiful state of Sikkim, with a mission to strengthen organizations by offering administrative support and focusing on the capacity building of young learners. At its core, SPMF was created to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of institutions by helping them implement better management practices—freeing up their energy to focus on their vision and programs.The idea for SPMF emerged from a deep observation of the challenges that many organizations face in balancing their goals with the demands of backend operations. While passionately working toward their missions, several institutions were struggling with internal systems—juggling legal compliance, paperwork, documentation, meeting schedules, HR needs, and other administrative responsibilities. These important but time-consuming tasks were often draining limited capacity and slowing down momentum.
